MOP MISSION

     
     THE MISSION of The MOP is to establish and serve Men's Ministries of Spiritual Restoration for all people in God, and with each other in Jesus Christ


     THE MOP DERIVES ITS MISSION from The 855 (the Mission of the Episcopal Church), which is to "restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ"


     THE MOP ACCOMPLISHES its Mission by developing, training, strengthening and sustaining a cadre of men committed to Spiritual Restoration through: 


               1.  Conducting Scriptural Study Groups, both during the Church Sunday School Hour and  other times during the week 


               2.  Providing opportunities for Male Fellowship


               3.  Encouraging mutual Accountability


              4.  Facilitating the formation and growth of Men's Spiritual Restoration Ministries that capitalize upon the unique spiritual gifts of the members of the MOP


     ALL CHRISTIAN MEN are invited to become members of the MOP, whether they are members of Christ Episcopal Church or not
